| Requirements: | - Good interpersonal communication skills
- Consistent achievement of high academic results
- Fluency in English; at least one more language would be an advantage. Russian language is an advantage, but it is not essential.
- Proven record of Web-literacy, understanding of technology and facility in using and understanding computers.
- Keen interest in financial services sector.
- Preference is given to Master’s degrees in journalism, business-related subjects, business administration, economics, computer sciences/IT, entrepreneurship.
- Curiosity to learn, innovation and creativity, good analytical skills, ability and willingness to operate internationally and to work effectively with people from many different cultures are essential.
