uzbek_gas Foreign companies involved in exploration in Uzbekistan plan to invest over 1.9 billion dollars over 2010-2015, the head of Uzbekistan’s institute of geology and exploration of oil and gas deposits of the Uzbekneftegaz Company, Gaibulla Abdullayev, said on Thursday.
Among the biggest investors there are Russia’s Lukoil, Gazprom, PetroAlliance and foreign CNPC International /China/, Korea National Oil Corporation /South Korea/, and Petronas Carigali Overseas /Malaysia/, he said.

s-300 Le contrat de livraison de systèmes antiaériens S-300 à l'Iran n'a pas été résilié par Moscou, a déclaré aux journalistes le PDG du conglomérat public russe Rostekhnologuii, Sergueï Tchemezov.
A la question de savoir si la Russie respecterait ses engagements envers Téhéran, il a répondu que "la décision devait être prise par le président lui-même".
"Le contrat n'a pas été annulé jusqu'à présent", a souligné M.Tchemezov.

wine1 Russia's ban on Moldovan wine imports will not extend to good quality batches, Russia's chief sanitary official said.
"The process is ongoing. There will not be a complete ban, just a control [on imports]," Gennady Onishchenko said. "Bad wine will be sent back to Moldova, and good wine will be sold in Russia's shops," he said.
